MICHAEL R. LAWSON, M.A., C.R.C.

Michael joined RSG in August 2006 as a vocational counselor in our Flagstaff location. He handles vocational rehabilitation in the northern Arizona region. Michael is a graduate of the University of Arizona master's program in rehabilitation counseling. He had been with the Rehabilitation Services Administration of the State of Arizona for 9 years, providing rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities. Prior to that, he was an employment counselor in Flagstaff for 11 years.

OLIVIA FLORES, M.A.

Olivia originally joined RSG's Sierra Vista staff in August 2004 as a vocational evaluator working in the veterans program. She joined the Phoenix office in August 2010 as a vocational consultant working with disabled clients in job development and placement. She has 8 years of experience with the Veterans Administration in different areas of vocational rehabilitation. She has worked as a mental health therapist. Prior to that, Olivia was a Benefits Services Officer with the Arizona Department of Veterans Services. She also served 12 years in the U.S. Navy, primarily in the recruiting and career counseling fields.
