Olivia became part of RSG's Sierra Vista staff in August 2004 as a vocational evaluator working with the veterans' program. She has more than 6 years of experience with the Veterans Administration in different areas of vocational rehabilitation. Prior to that, Olivia was a Benefits Services Officer with the Arizona Department of Veterans Services. She also served 12 years in the U.S. Navy, primarily in the recruiting and career counseling fields. MICHAEL R. LAWSON, M.A., C.R.C. Michael joined RSG in August 2006 as a vocational counselor in our Flagstaff location. He will be handling vocational rehabilitation in the northern Arizona region. Michael is a graduate of the University of Arizona master's program in rehabilitation counseling. He had been with the Rehabilitation Services Administration of the State of Arizona for 9 years, providing rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities. Prior to that, he was an employment counselor in Flagstaff for 11 years. MARCY TIGERMAN, M.S., C.R.C., C.D.M.S., C.C.M., C.L.C.P. Marcy has over 20 years of experience as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor specializing in workers' compensation. She joined RSG's Tucson office in January 2008 as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. Prior to this move she worked at SCF Arizona, providing VR and medical case management to injured workers with a variety of disabilities. She specialized in catastrophic, spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries, as well as provided claims adjusting and reserving services on the large loss cases. Marcy also developed a return-to-work training program for employers to help them create transitional jobs for their injured workers. Prior to her career at SCF, she worked in private rehabilitation services, evaluating loss of earning capacity. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, a Certified Disability Management Specialist, a Certified Case Manger and a Certified Life Care Planner. She earned an MS in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Arizona.
