MARY C. BOGGS, R.N.  
  

Company President and Manager of the Phoenix Office, Mary has been specializing in medical case management for the past 30 years. In 1979, Mary and Judy Malis formed RSG, Inc. Prior to that, she worked as an independent rehabilitation nurse from 1975 to 1979. Mary has 13 years of experience in hospital nursing, including various hospitals in West Virginia, Washington, Nebraska, Connecticut and California, before becoming a rehabilitation nurse in Arizona. She has worked in the field of case management in Arizona since its inception. She is well known and respected by physicians in the Phoenix area. Mary has published several articles on case management and its benefits. Her specialty is spinal cord injury and head injury rehabilitation. She supervises all cases in the Phoenix and Flagstaff office.

JUDITH A. MALIS, R.N., C.D.M.S., C.C.M.   

Company Vice President and Manager of the Tucson office, Judy supervises the southern Arizona area and has 30 years of experience in workers' compensation cases and catastrophic case management. Prior to joining Mary Boggs in forming RSG, Judy had 12 years' prior nursing experience and is well-known and respected by physicians in the Tucson area, where she had worked since 1968 at the Tucson Medical Center and the Breast Cancer Detection Clinic. Previously, she worked for 4 years at various hospitals in Indiana, Michigan, Massachusetts and Texas, primarily with surgical patients. Judy's expertise is in back injury rehabilitation, head injuries, cancer cases, and the handling and supervision of workers' compensation cases in southern Arizona.

MARGARET S. PINEDO, R.N., C.C.M.

This native Arizonan received her nursing degree here in Phoenix. Prior to joining the staff of RSG in 1980, she was a supervisor for the Phoenix Job Corps. Margaret's specialty is orthopedic nursing, and her bilingual capability and cultural background make her an especially valuable member of our group. She has gained expertise in catastrophic case management over the past 28 years as a rehabilitation nurse and works with Phoenix area cases as well as Spanish-speaking patients from Yuma to Flagstaff.

DIANE J. ESTERLY, B.S.N., R.N.

Diane joined RSG in May of 1999. She has over 22 years of experience as an R.N. primarily focusing on various aspects of the rehabilitation process. She is knowledgeable in both catastrophic and general rehabilitation. In particular, she is experienced in the care and management of TBI and SCI patients. She has also worked as a case manager in a variety of settings, most recently as a workers' compensation case manager. 

SOLEDAD STANTON, R.N., C.C.M., C.D.M.S.

Soledad has returned to RSG after a seven-year absence. She previously worked in our Tucson office as a bilingual case manager from 1988 through 1994. Soledad has extensive experience in the Tucson health care market, where she has worked since 1982 as a hospital nurse (oncology, neurology), utilization review nurse and quality assurance specialist. Most recently, she was manager of outreach and operations at University Medical Center's Home Health Department. In May 2000, Soledad obtained her master's degree in public health from the University of Arizona, with a concentration in program development.

MARY ANN MARTEL, R.N., B.S.N.

Mary Ann joined RSG's Tucson medical case management staff in July 2002. She has worked in Tucson for nearly 20 years. Mary Ann's experience includes medical case management, utilization review and clinical care coordination.

LUCY P. CISNEROS, R.N.

Lucy became part of our Phoenix nursing staff in August 2007. She comes to RSG with several years of experience, primarily in handling spinal cord and brain injuries. She has also worked as a case manager and patient advocate, and she is fluent in Spanish. Lucy is a welcome addition to our staff.
